All enquiries are dealt with initially from our head office in Manchester, UK, where experienced staff will be at your disposal to answer any general questions you may have and if necessary talk you through step by step the procedure for buying a property in Morocco. After our initial contact, your details will be passed to an English speaking representative of escapes2 operating in your chosen area. They have an in-depth knowledge of Morocco and have been living there for many years.

Property Viewing Trips

We can arrange viewing trips for all the countries we cover. If you advise us of the dates you wish to travel we can use our experience and contacts to source the best value flights, accommodation and car hire. For many of the areas we cover we are able to refund these travel costs should you go on to purchase through escapes2.com. If you prefer to travel independently, we can simply arrange for you to meet with our representative at a mutually convenient time and location.

The commission rates paid to agents varies enormously from one development to another and on re-sale properties. Properties on the best developments will sell themselves and so commission is much less. We specialise in showing customers these best developments. Tour with a "free gimmick" company and you may never know they exist.

Advice - Because we cover many different countries around the world not only Morocco, we can advise not only on actual suitable properties but indeed which country and region might be the best for you. We have professionals here in the UK as well as overseas who can guide you through the purchase process from start to finish.
